If you want to gain a clear, practical understanding of the essentials of process control and loop tuning, as well as how to optimize the operation of your plant or process then you should attend this workshop.
Each attendee will receive a PC based simulation package which can be modified to suit individual applications.
At the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
- Understand the fundamentals of process control and new techniques
- tune PID control loops
- correct stability problems
- understand cascade loops and feed forward control
- identify and correct problems with dead time in the process
