First, you attend the one (1) day practical training and discussion forum, joining delegates and IDC instructor, John Piperides. The highly informative, practical one (1) day training and discussion forum is run locally and covers business fundamentals, management and leadership, and finance. To ensure all delegates gain a firm understanding of the concepts, principles and practices, open discussions and networking will be encouraged. Not only will you gain highly sought-after business development skills, you will also develop strong industry contacts. Now that you have attended the one (1) day practical training and discussion forum, your new found contacts will join you online for two x 2 hour sessions where you will learn: how to manage consultants, contractors and third party service providers; and gain an understanding of effective communication and people management. Finance, management and business skills will be covered throughout both the online sessions and practical training and discussion forum.
