Labour Market Dynamics and some Solutions

A shortage of skilled employees, with expertise in science, technology, and engineering, is a fairly common refrain around the world. Just this month news emerged from Jaguar Land Rover; it is creating 1,300 new jobs at its plant in Solihull, in the UK. This good news, however, is not straightforward.
