Delivery Details

Ebooks

All ebook orders will be processed within 48 hours of the order being placed. Ebook download instructions will be sent via email at this time.

Hard copies

All hard copy manual orders will be sent via courier within 5 working days after the order is placed if the required manuals are in stock. An email will be sent advising of the dispatch date and tracking number once the order has been processed.
