Cancellation Policy

A fee of 20% will apply for written cancellations received 7-14 days prior to the commencement of the workshop.

Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the workshop are not refundable. Substitutes are welcome, however.

Software

Relevant software is supplied with each workshop. The software consists of demonstration programs which illustrate the basic theory as well as the more difficult concepts of the workshops. On some of the workshops, valuable software is also provided to assist with troubleshooting problems and optimizing the operation of your plant and equipment.
